Vinification: Our Stainless Steel Fermented Chardonnay is cold fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of eight months. The wine receives an additional twelve month bottle aging prior to release.
Tasting Notes: Nicely dry, crisp and clean with fresh citrus and mineral notes, this wine generates an appealing mouth feel and a refreshing finish on the palate.
