Vinification: The Chardonnay grapes were gently crushed directly to press. They were settled, racked, inoculated with M2 yeast and cold fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. This retained the full fruit character of the Chardonnay grapes for a period of eight months.

The wine was then bottled aged for an additional twelve months prior to its release.

Tasting Notes: Our Stainless Steel Fermented Chardonnay has an iridescent light green to light straw color. The aroma and flavor profile shows concentrated fruit flavors of pineapple, green apple and tropical fruit. The wine is full bodied with a bright and balanced acidity generating an appealing mouth feel and a lingering finish.
